Your body changes enormously during pregnancy. Back pain, tense shoulders, swollen legs and sleep problems are completely normal. Our ANBOS-certified therapists are trained in safe prenatal massage techniques and tailor each treatment to your stage of pregnancy.

Includes: brief intake conversation, massage on the BodyCushion or in side-lying position, focus on back, shoulders, legs and feet, with mild products that are safe during pregnancy.

The BodyCushion: comfortable on your stomach

At Heaven Four, we use the BodyCushion, a professional cushion system for maximum lying comfort. The cushions have cutouts and foam of varying firmness, allowing you to lie comfortably on your stomach even during pregnancy.

  • Belly and breasts rest completely free, without pressure
  • You can breathe freely and your back is fully relaxed
  • The body is maximally accessible for the therapist
  • Side-lying treatments are also possible

How does the treatment work?

Upon arrival, we briefly discuss how you're feeling, where your complaints are, and if there's anything special to consider. Then you make yourself comfortable on the BodyCushion or in a side-lying position, depending on your preference and stage of pregnancy.

The therapist works with adjusted pressure and techniques that are safe for you and your baby. We focus on the areas where you benefit most: back, shoulders, legs, feet or neck. After the treatment, you have time to relax with a cup of tea.

When can you come?

  • From 12 weeks of pregnancy until your due date
  • In the first trimester we advise against it due to the sensitive period
  • For high-risk pregnancies, we recommend consulting your midwife first
  • After delivery, you're also welcome for a recovery massage

Is pregnancy massage safe for my baby?

Yes, our therapists are trained in safe prenatal techniques. We avoid pressure points that can induce contractions and adjust the pressure to what is safe and comfortable. From 12 weeks of pregnancy, you can safely visit us.

How do I lie during the massage?

We use the BodyCushion, a professional cushion system that allows you to lie comfortably on your stomach. Your belly and breasts rest completely free. Prefer lying on your side? That's also possible, we adapt to your preference.

How often can I come during my pregnancy?

That depends on how you feel. Many expecting mothers come once every 2 to 4 weeks. In the third trimester, when complaints often increase, weekly sessions can be nice.

What should I bring?

Actually nothing. We have everything ready for you. Just come in comfortable clothing and take time to relax.

Can I combine with other treatments?

Absolutely! Adding a facial treatment is popular. Our sauna is also possible, but check with your midwife if it's suitable for your situation.

I have a high-risk pregnancy. Can I still come?

For high-risk pregnancies, we ask you to first get permission from your midwife or gynecologist. With their approval, you're very welcome.
